We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our educational team. This role involves developing lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and implementing educational strategies tailored to the needs of diverse learners. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Incorporate hands-on learning experiences into daily activities.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student development.
- Focus on literacy education by employing various instructional strategies to enhance reading and writing skills.
- Write progress reports and assessments to track student performance and growth.
- Supervise and engage in childcare activities during recess or other non-instructional times.
Experience
- Proven experience in lesson planning and classroom management is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with students, parents, and staff.
- A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their educational journey is required.
