The Spa Midtown is looking for a compassionate, skilled, and professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team.
We are a boutique medical spa focused on creating an exceptional experience for every guest. We believe massage is more than relaxation—it's an essential part of our clients' wellness journey. If you're passionate about helping people feel their best and enjoy working in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you.
Schedule
- Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 22 hours per week (minimum)
Responsibilities
- Perform customized therapeutic and relaxation massage services
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming experience for every client
- Maintain accurate treatment notes
- Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms according to spa standards
- Work collaboratively with our estheticians, injectors, and front desk team to provide exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- Current Tennessee Massage Therapy License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and punctual
- Passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
- Ability to work independently while being a positive team player
- Previous spa or medical spa experience is a plus, but not required
