Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Candidate)Job Overview
ZAC Therapy & Counseling Services is seeking a motivated and compassionate therapist to join our growing private practice. We provide evidence-based mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families with an emphasis on scientifically supported treatments, accurate assessment, and individualized case formulation.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and ongoing clinical assessments to understand client needs and guide treatment planning
- Develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans based on client presentation, diagnosis, strengths, and current research-supported interventions
- Provide individual and family therapy services utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral interventions, exposure-based treatments, parent training strategies, and other empirically supported models
- Support clients experiencing a range of concerns including anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, trauma-related symptoms, ADHD, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, interpersonal concerns, and life transitions
- Provide developmentally appropriate services for children, adolescents, and adults
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation including intake evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical records consistent with ethical, legal, and HIPAA requirements
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions based on treatment response and individual goals
- Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and other professionals when clinically appropriate to support continuity of care
- Engage in ongoing consultation, supervision, training, and professional development to strengthen clinical effectiveness
- Respond appropriately to client risk concerns using established crisis assessment and intervention procedures
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related mental health field
- Current Oklahoma license or license candidacy (LPC, LPC Candidate, LMFT, LMFT Candidate, LCSW, or equivalent)
- Experience providing therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, or families
- Strong foundation in diagnosis, clinical assessment, and treatment planning
- Interest or experience in evidence-based treatments including CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Parent Management Training (PMT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), behavioral interventions, or related approaches
- Commitment to continued learning, clinical skill development, and ethical practice
- Ability to work independently while valuing consultation and collaboration
- Strong written communication skills and attention to clinical documentation standards
