Job Description
The Fulfillment Lead works with and leads the Fulfillment Techs to prepare products, place in shipping / staging area and track deliveries and related invoices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Combines and organizes final LeafLink (sales platform) invoices based upon the vault’s planogram.

Tracks any delivery add on that must be fulfilled for the next day’s shipment.

Updates digital ‘Status’ of LeafLink invoices as needed throughout the fulfillment process.

Checks fully and completely all manifests/products staged for delivery before placement on delivery van.

Prepares all products for sale, including verification of labels/tamper seals for compliance, packaging, etc. in accordance with ABC regulations and in-house policies when needed.

Physically pulls and places product within vault staging area.

Tracks all information (UIN up to final stage of sell).

Tracks all UINs and Test Batch IDs (Steephill and F.A.S.T.).

Locates each Test Batch ID for all products going to each Dispensary. Downloads digital files and building each dispensaries file for final transaction email.

Oversees that product has been digitally transferred to the appropriate ‘room’ within BioTrack THC.

Performs a final quality check of all orders before Fulfillment Supervisor begins the manifest and invoice process.

Places physically all products for each dispensary within our shipping/staging area. Keeps all product organized and separated for each dispensary and the delivery team to accurately load on to the delivery vans.

Communicates to manager of any potential compliance issues before an order is fulfilled.

Confirms the accuracy of COAs.

Confirms within our state’s tracking system that the product name coincides with the strain name listed.

Assists with any other projects/vault/delivery duties that are assigned by manager.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

Must be able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check

Must be able to communicate with GDF Team effectively and professionally.

Must perform under high pressure situations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high stress situations

Education and Experience Requirements
-
High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Computer experience preferred
-
Cannabis Experience (Preferred)
-
Inventory/warehouse/Distribution experience (preferred but not required)
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
