Primary Role:
The Plan Analyst will work independently and in partnership with HUB's Account Management and Consulting Teams to extract, organize, and process benefits performance data producing accurate, timely, and consistent reporting for clients. This role is the data foundation of the analytics team.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Extract/request and organize data from various sources (TPAs, Carriers, etc.)

Generate monthly plan performance and budget performance reports
-
Work with the Account Management team and provide timely and accurate analytics solutions (claims experience, benchmarking, third party tools, Persona and other HUB proprietary tools, etc.)

Generate diagnostic analytics of health and pharmacy plans

Utilize HUB’s proprietary data warehouse/analytics resources
-
Support in the program analysis of client and prospect data (“standard” and “ad-hoc”)

Support in the creation of renewal presentations and draft plan budgets

Request and obtain online access to partner sites

Manage and track multiple high-volume projects with utilization of HUB’s systems of record

Crosstrain in various areas, as identified by EB team and willing to train others into Analytics team

Follow Quality Assurance Processes to ensure accuracy prior to materials delivery to clients

Provides timely resolution of issues as they arise

Maintain all business programs for internal purposes and accounting records

Create and deliver ad hoc data request and reports

Establish and maintain strong and effective business relationships with teammates, clients & carriers

Assist with special projects, as assigned

General knowledge of employer sponsored benefit plans

Experience and Education

0-3 years previous work experience related to group health insurance

High school diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor’s Degree desired, but not required (Business, Math, Economics, or related field preferred)

L&H License required or must be able to obtain within 90 days of hire

Public Speaking/Language Skills:

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel but also including Word and Power Point; follow guidelines on working in the BMS (BenefitPoint) and Monday.com for premium efficiency with your team.
