Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of clinical care and regulatory compliance within the community
- Assess residents at move-in, quarterly, annually, and with changes in condition
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
- Train, mentor, and supervise unlicensed caregivers in accordance with state regulations
- Conduct ongoing quality assurance, audits, and clinical reviews
- Communicate and collaborate with families, providers, Home Health, and Hospice partners
- Support residents and families through care transitions and education
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Active Idaho RN license in good standing
- Nursing experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, organization, and leadership skills
- Effective communicator with families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Passion for mentoring others and promoting best practices
- Commitment to ethical, resident-centered care

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
