- Engage customers and understand their tire needs
- Recommend suitable tire options from our quality brands
- Handle in-store and phone inquiries
- Maintain product knowledge and inventory awareness
- Close sales and ensure top-notch customer service

- Sales experience (tire or automotive industry is a plus)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-first attitude
- Basic understanding of tire types and features
- Team player with a drive to succeed
