Event Planner | Catering & Events
Compensation: $50,000 to $60,000 annually based on experience

We're looking for an experienced Event Planner who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, managing details, and bringing client visions to life. This is more than coordinating events. You'll become a trusted advisor to clients while partnering closely with our culinary and operations teams to ensure flawless execution. Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships from initial inquiry through successful event completion.
- Conduct consultations, tastings, venue visits, and planning meetings.
- Develop customized event proposals using CaterEase.
- Coordinate menus, rentals, floor plans, timelines, staffing, and logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the planning process.
- Partner with culinary and operations teams to ensure every event is executed successfully.
- Provide onsite event support when needed.
- Maintain organized documentation and clear communication throughout every project.
- Build strong relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Three or more years of event planning, catering, hospitality, or related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Experience using CaterEase is preferred but not required.
- Ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends for scheduled events.
- Associate degree preferred.
