Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer/ Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various Labor/ Swimming Pool Construction tasks, including but not limited to rebar, form boards, water feature, skimmer & tile installation, grinding & chipping with power tools. The candidate will be able to lift 100lbs & endure the outdoor elements. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret schematics while ensuring high-quality workmanship. The Installer will be responsible for executing projects efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall success of our operations. The
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Fabricate components as needed for installations, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Operate Power Tools safely and effectively during installation processes.
- Manage construction tasks including concrete work and application.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
Experience
- Proven experience in installation roles, particularly concrete, rebar & form boards
- Familiarity with construction management principles is a plus.
- Experience in heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
