Kitchen Cook
Overview
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Kitchen Cook to join our growing team. If you have experience preparing Japanese and/or Korean cuisine and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation, portioning, and plating
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
- Follow food safety and health regulations at all times
- Work efficiently during busy meal periods
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
- Receive and properly store food deliveries
Qualifications
- Previous experience cooking Japanese and/or Korean cuisine required
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain consistent attendance
- Thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure
- Food Handler Card preferred
