Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations using property management systems
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest requests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems and in person, delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude.
- Monitor security cameras and perform property inspections to maintain safety protocols and hotel emergency procedures.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers to morning staff.
- Assist with resolving guest service issues efficiently by applying problem-solving skills and hospitality best practices.
- Maintain compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and customer service etiquette to enhance guest relations.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management, front desk operations, and hotel management systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations, phone etiquette, and client communication.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to respond confidently during incidents.
- Experience with hotel reservation systems, property management systems (PMS), and multi-line phone systems.
- Proven ability to handle customer service problems with tact and professionalism while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Resort experience or familiarity with hospitality environments that cater to diverse clientele is a plus.
