A day in the life of a kiosk supervisor:
-No cash counting-100% credit card
-Limited customer service-training customers to work with our 24/7 automated kiosk
-Pay $20 per hour
Throughout the day, you are working in a semi-private environment where you can listen to your own music or podcasts. As customers enter the store, you greet them and check to see if they need any assistance or help with our automated 24/7 kiosk. In the morning, you verify the bags that customers have dropped off to be cleaned and you create invoices for the customers' garments. After 8am, you make sure all garments are invoiced and take them to the cleaning facility nearby. You return to the kiosk to continue to help customers with questions and continue to invoice any additional garments that are dropped off. If you are caught up on your work, there are no customers, and the store is clean, you may have leisure time such as using your phone or reading a book but be alert and ready to help a customer or answer the phone. In the mid-afternoon, you return to the cleaning facility to pick up the finished garments and return them to the kiosk where you scan the finished orders onto the automated kiosk system. You continue to help customers or invoice garments.
