What You'll Do
In this role you'll support the production of high-quality medical components by:

Setting up and operating CNC and related production equipment
-
Adjusting machinery and processes to maintain quality and efficiency

Reviewing work orders and schedules to meet customer needs
-
Performing routine, preventative, and basic corrective maintenance
-
Troubleshooting equipment or process issues
-
Maintaining accurate maintenance and setup documentation
-
Working crossfunctionally with engineering, quality, and production teams
-
Assisting with training and mentoring technicians or production staff
-
Following GMPs, SOPs, and all safety and quality requirements
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
1–3+ years of machine setup experience (CNC preferred)

Manufacturing experience with mechanical systems
-
Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills
-
Familiarity with hand tools and basic measurement
-
Ability to perform basic math
-
Adaptability in a fastpaced manufacturing environment
Extras (Nice-to-have but not required)

Technical or trade school education

Experience with CNC programs and programming
-
Medical device or regulated industry experience

Job shop manufacturing background

Experience with engineering change processes
