Rondon Insurance is hiring a licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) to help deliver an elite client experience for our growing insurance agency.
This is a fully remote position focused on client communication, relationship management, and keeping clients happy long-term. This is NOT a heavy data-entry or back-office role. Our support staff handles much of the administrative work, quoting support, and processing tasks.
We are looking for someone who genuinely loves helping people, building relationships, solving problems, and creating a high-touch client experience.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with clients by phone, email, and text
- Build strong relationships with clients and make them feel taken care of
- Help answer policy questions and guide clients through coverage conversations
- Assist with renewals and retention conversations
- Handle service requests and coordinate with internal support staff
- Ensure clients receive fast responses and exceptional communication
- Help create a “wow” experience that keeps clients loyal long-term
What We’re Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
- Friendly, positive, and confident personality
- Extremely organized and responsive
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Someone who truly enjoys helping people
- Prior insurance agency experience preferred
