THE FORUM is recruiting for a hospitality focused Security & Safety Officer to join our team! The Security & Safety Officer performs services ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents, guests and employees while meeting, or exceeding expectations.
Employment Type : Part Time
Wage Range: $ 25.00- $30.76

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, effectively communicates with supervisor, employees, and residents, and performs simple math and complete required forms.
- Ability to assess emergency situations, make clear judgment calls based on policy, take prompt action when needed.
- FEMA/CERT incident command level of competency.
- Ability to effectively manage conflict.
- Willingness to work compassionately with the elderly
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Ability to perform rounds of facility and grounds, on and off trails, night, and day.

Ability to maintain CA Driver’s License and adhere to company driver testing and policies
- Ability to maintain Guard Card, First Response Training, CPR for Healthcare Providers, CERT.
Posse’s high school diploma or GED equivalent.
