Warehouse Associate - PrepVia (Medley, FL)
PrepVia is a modern, Amazon-certified prep and 3PL center in Medley looking for 2 proactive warehouse associates to join our growing team. We’re not your typical warehouse, we design and build our own technology and custom machinery to run smarter operations, and we want people who want to grow with us.
You’ll work in a clean, automated facility handling inbound inventory, FBA prep, labeling, and outbound shipments for e-commerce sellers across the country.
What you’ll do
* Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments*
* Prep and label products for Amazon FBA, FBM, and Walmart WFS*
* Pack and ship orders accurately and on time*
* Operate scanners, label printers, and our custom warehouse machinery*
* Keep your area clean, organized, and safe*
What you’ll learn
* How e-commerce really works behind the scenes (Amazon FBA, FBM, Walmart WFS)*
* How to operate and work alongside automated systems and custom machines we build in-house*
* How to use, improve, and even help create the technology that powers a modern warehouse*
* Cross-training across receiving, prep, and shipping departments*
* Forklift certification available*
This is a real opportunity to build skills you can’t get at a normal warehouse job.
What we’re looking for
* Proactive: someone who sees what needs to be done and does it, without waiting to be told*
* Reliable, on time, and ready to work hard*
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts*
* Detail-oriented (accuracy matters in our work)*
* Curious and willing to learn new technology*
* Basic English or Spanish (bilingual a plus)*
* No prior warehouse experience required, we train you*
