Central Management, Inc. is seeking to hire a reliable and experienced maintenance technician for our commercial location in downtown St Petersburg.
Job Description:
Oversee and maintain property grounds and day to day operations for the facility.
Remove Trash and Perform Small Repairs
Day porter and custodial work as necessary
Perform building maintenance such as changing HVAC filters, small appliance repairs, light construction, changing light bulbs, small plumbing repairs, and troubleshooting various issues related to mechanical systems.
Coordinating with outside vendors for repairs or other items as necessary.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Two years or more experience maintenance work
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Pass background check
Good communicator and people person
Must be able to lift 50 pounds without assistance
