We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced, independent Maintenance Technician. This is a stable, year-round position offering consistent weekly hours.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Report to the central office location each morning to pick up your assigned company work vehicle.
- Coordinate with and transport your assigned helper or fellow technician to the day's scheduled projects.
- Independently troubleshoot and complete residential carpentry, drywall patching, minor plumbing repairs, and light electrical work.
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace on the property and provide professional communication to our clients.
- Return the company vehicle and team safely to the office at the end of each shift.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in home maintenance, property repair, or residential remodeling.
- Mastery of standard hand tools, power tools, and residential diagnostic techniques.
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record (strictly required to drive company work vehicles).
- Dependable transportation to commute to our office location daily.
- Smartphone with a reliable data plan to access company dispatch and scheduling software.
- Strong communication skills, punctuality, and a professional appearance.
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
