Job Summary
Bobi Leonard Living is a dynamic and growing skincare company currently operating as
a home-based business in Malibu. We are seeking an experienced and reliable Office
manager to join our team. The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily
company operations, supervising and collaborating with other office staff, performing
sales transactions, and ensuring efficient office operations. This is a full-time position
with opportunities for growth within the company.
General Responsibilities
Oversee all daily company operations within the office
Manage company communications including email, phone, and text
Manage company calendar, scheduling, and confirming appointments
Review client files and prepare for client appointments
Perform sales transactions with Quickbooks Online and a Point-of-Sale (POS)
Work to ensure customer satisfaction by investigating issues, proposing
solutions, and escalating complex situations
Monitor inventory and place orders as needed
Prepare daily executive reports relating to operations and action items
Manage the company card, receipts for expenses, and perform reconciliations
Organize and maintain company documentation and records
Collaborate with external vendors and provide necessary information and
documentation
Ensuring office staffing coverage based on schedules, availability, and time off
Upholding the organizations values by maintaining confidentiality
Requirements
Proven prior experience as an Office Manager or similar position
Proven prior experience in a customer-facing role
Proficiency in handling sales transactions
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
Extremely proficient on a computer
Preferred
Proficiency in Quickbooks Online, specifically executing invoices/sales
transactions
Proficiency in Mac OS, Microsoft Office, G-Suite, etc.
Experience with online sales
Background in social media marketing
