We’re hiring an experienced Drywall & Painting Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high‑quality finishes, communicates clearly, and shows up ready to work every day. You’ll handle repairs, texture matching, Level 5 finishing, and professional painting on residential and light commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Drywall repair — small and large patches, crack repair, water‑damage restoration
- Level 5 finishing — skim coating, surface prep, flawless final surfaces
- Texture matching — orange peel, knockdown, hand textures, custom blends
- Interior painting — brush, roll, spray, cut‑in work, color matching
- Jobsite professionalism — communication, cleanliness, customer interaction
- Daily travel — reliable transportation to jobs across the local service area
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in drywall finishing and/or painting
- Proven ability to perform Level 5 finish work
- Expert texture matching skills across multiple texture types
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
