Seeking an energetic customer service-oriented person to be an assistant manager at an Express Car Wash in Macon GA.
Job description are as follows:
- Must meet a 45 hour work week requirement.
- Weekends and holidays will be required, this is the majority of our business.
- Uphold standards and guidelines set by Site manager and Foamworks Auto Spa.
- A back ground in customer service.
- Experience in leadership, car washing, restaurant, retail, or automotive preferred.
- Valid drivers license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- A willingness to work outside in all elements of weather conditions.
- Supervise and coach the team in the absence of the Site Leader.
- Hold employees to company standards and guidelines.
- Training obligations for onboarding team members.
- Resolve all customers related issues.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics.
- Control labor costs.
- Provide a willingness to sell club plans at a high level.

Operational Requirments:
- Tunnel operations and safety procedures
- Opening and closing procedures
- Understanding and executing prep process with speed and efficiency
- Understanding point of sale and pay station navigation
- Basic equipment troubleshooting
- Daily inspections and preventative maintenance
- Chemical handling and proper PPE handling
