We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager who is professional, dependable, and ready to step into a leadership role within a patient-focused environment. What You'll Do:
- Manage and respond to all incoming calls, texts, chats, and emails
- Make outgoing calls and follow up on incomplete treatment plans
- Oversee and manage the doctor’s schedule for efficiency and flow
- Assist in training and mentoring team members
- Provide outstanding customer service during patient check-in and check-out
- Collaborate with leadership in other Only Crowns locations
What We're Looking For:
- Previous dental management or leadership experience required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar and comfortable provided excellent customer service
- Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive
- Friendly, calm demeanor with a team-focused mindset
