Occupational Therapist (OT) (Contract)

Location: AZ 86404
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: ~40 hours/week
Setting: Outpatient Pediatrics (OP Peds)
Employment Type: Contract
Pay: $90/hour

Position Summary & Responsibilities

Evaluate pediatric patients; develop individualized OT treatment plans
Provide outpatient therapy to improve developmental, motor, and functional skills
Implement age-appropriate interventions and activities
Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with care team/parents
