Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales consultants.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
- Structure deals and work closely with the finance department.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations.
- Manage inventory and coordinate with management on pricing and promotions.
- Foster a positive, customer-focused sales culture.
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive sales management experience preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership software.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
