Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a pediatric client in West New York, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys pediatric nursing and wants to make a meaningful difference while providing individualized care in a supportive home setting.
We have an immediate weekend opening with a flexible schedule. Work either one 16-hour shift (7:00 AM–11:00 PM) or two 8-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday. Join a supportive pediatric team that is committed to your success.

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a pediatric client

Monitor the child's health, comfort, and safety throughout the shift

Collaborate with the family and clinical team to provide exceptional care

Accurately document all care provided

Saturday and Sunday

Option 1: One 16-hour shift (7:00 AM–11:00 PM)

Option 2: Two 8-hour shifts

Consistent weekend schedule
-
Active New Jersey RN License
-
Preferred: 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care

Current BLS Certification
-
Authorized to work in the United States

Valid driver's license preferred

Physical exam completed within the past 12 months
-
PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past year (or chest X-ray within the past 5 years)

Proof of MMR immunization within the past 10 years

Proof of influenza vaccination or approved medical exemption
