Fathom North is a new, independently owned pediatric therapy clinic opening in the Oak Creek area — ABA, speech, and occupational therapy under one roof. We're not a franchise and not private-equity-owned.
Here's the honest reason we exist: too many places let kids get dropped off, fill the schedule, and lose the actual child somewhere in it. We're building the opposite — a clinic where every kid is truly known, every family is heard, and the whole team shows up to see each child get somewhere they couldn't before.
We're hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead that as our founding Clinical Director.
Compensation: $95,000 + benefits, with performance and growth incentives. We post a real number because we respect your time.

What you'll do
- Own clinical quality: assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or equivalent), individualized treatment plans, and program supervision.
- Hire, train, and supervise our RBT team.
- Shape clinical policies, intake standards, and the parent-training approach.
- Work directly with ownership on caseload model, scheduling, and growth.
What you need
- Active BCBA certification in good standing (BACB).
- Wisconsin behavior analyst license (DSPS) — or eligibility to obtain one promptly. We support the license application.
- Experience supervising RBTs and writing/overseeing treatment plans.
- A clinical philosophy centered on compassionate, assent-based ABA.
