We're looking for an experienced construction professional who is ready to put the hammer down. The ideal candidate understands the realities of the jobsite, can earn the respect of crews, solve problems on the fly, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
This isn't a desk job but a hands-on position for someone who takes ownership, communicates effectively, and isn't afraid to make decisions when challenges arise. You'll be expected to keep projects moving, hold crews accountable, and ensure every homeowner feels confident they're in good hands.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
No two days are exactly the same, but your primary focus will be making sure our customers have an outstanding experience and our projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Typical schedule is 4 days per week; 10 hours per day.
A typical day may include:
- Starting your morning by checking material deliveries, and crew assignments.
- Visiting multiple jobsites to meet with homeowners and crews.
- Reviewing project scope, jobsite protection, and special instructions with subcontractors.
- Ensuring crews have everything they need to be successful and productive.
- Communicating with homeowners throughout the day to provide updates and answer questions.
- Inspecting workmanship and verifying installations meet company and manufacturer standards.
- Solving unexpected jobsite challenges such as weather delays, material shortages, change orders, or customer concerns.
- Documenting project progress with photos, notes, and updates in company software.
- Coordinating with the office, suppliers, and production team to keep projects moving forward.
- Conducting final walkthroughs, collecting final payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction before closing out projects.
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Construction, roofing, remodeling, or trades experience.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage crews effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues professionally.
- A strong sense of accountability and pride in their work.
- The desire to lead projects, not just work on them.
If you've spent years swinging a hammer, running crews, or working in the trades and are ready for a change, we want to talk to you. This is an opportunity to combine your field experience, leadership abilities, and customer service skills to build a rewarding long-term career with a growing company.
