Administrative Assistant
Monument Hospitality is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing hotel management company. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting daily operations across multiple hospitality properties.
The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.
Schedule & Compensation
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Full-time, in-office
- $25–$30 per hour DOE
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administrative tasks and communications
- Answer calls and respond to emails
- Assist with accounts payable, deposits, and financial recordkeeping
- Coordinate office supplies and purchasing
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Assist leadership and project managers with administrative support
- Handle occasional business errands and office coordination tasks
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative office experience required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Hospitality or multi-location support experience is a plus
