Responsibilities
● Greet every guest with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
● Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
● Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy.
● Provide attentive service throughout the guest’s visit.
● Answer menu questions and make recommendations.
● Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
● Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to provide excellent service.
● Maintain a clean, organized section and complete opening and closing side work.
● Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
● Restaurant serving experience is preferred but not required.
● Excellent communication and customer service skills.
● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
● Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
● Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
● Weekend and evening availability is preferred.
