Lako Drilling, Inc. is hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Drilling & Heavy Equipment Crew Members. We’re looking for both experienced equipment operators and entry-level laborers who want to build a long-term career in the drilling industry.
If you enjoy hands-on, outdoor work and want to learn valuable skills operating heavy equipment, we provide training and opportunities to grow.

Assist with and perform water well drilling operations

Operate or learn to operate equipment such as:

Drill rigs
-
Horizontal boring machines
-
Excavators
-
Skid steers
-
Trenchers
-
Support crew members on active job sites
-
Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, safe work environment
-
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
-
Experience operating heavy equipment preferred but not required
-
Willingness to learn and take direction
-
Strong work ethic and reliability
-
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing)

Team-oriented attitude
Requirements:

Valid CDL or ability to obtain a CDL

Paid training for entry-level candidates
