Project Manager | Award-Winning Commercial GC
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 7am to 5pm, Friday until 3:30pm

Responsibilities
- Partner with owners and architects during design development to help shape and mold projects before construction begins
- Perform takeoffs, call bidders, conduct quantity checks, and cross-reference bids
- Assemble and present the guaranteed maximum price to the owner
- Review submittals and write trade packets
- Lead OAC meetings throughout construction
- Write change orders, approve invoices, and write contracts
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners
- Manage procurement and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management Construction Experience
- PE license is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Ground-up commercial construction experience required
- Strong knowledge of submittals, contracts, and change orders
- Proven ability to manage full-lifecycle projects from design development through closeout
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent people skills and a relationship-first mindset
- Self-starter who can manage procurement, learn drawings quickly, and drive projects forward independently
- Estimating and takeoff experience a plus, willing to train the right candidate

Pay: $110,000.00 - $1,700,000.00 per year
