Production Associate – Powder Coat
1st Shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) Monday-Friday & 3rd Shift (10:00 PM–6:00 AM) Sunday-Thursday Available

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing—no powder coating experience is required.
What You'll Do
- Hang metal parts on the powder coat line before the coating process
- Remove finished parts from the line after coating
- Sort finished products onto racks for the next stage of production
- Inspect parts for quality and proper finish
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Assist with other production duties as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive work throughout the shift
- Previous manufacturing or paint experience is helpful but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
