Sun Country Landscape is seeking a driven and experienced Field Manager to join our growing team. This position serves as the critical link between our office, customers, and field operations. You’ll lead crews, oversee project execution, ensure quality workmanship, maintain safety compliance, and help deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily activities of landscape crews and field personnel.
- Coordinate labor, equipment, tools, and materials to ensure efficient project execution.
- Conduct regular job site inspections to verify quality standards and customer expectations are met.
- Monitor project schedules and productivity to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
- Enforce OSHA regulations, company safety standards, and proper PPE usage.
- Conduct safety meetings and promote a culture of workplace safety.
- Serve as the primary field contact for customers, addressing questions and resolving concerns professionally.
- Track labor hours, material usage, equipment needs, and project progress.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to management.
- Train, mentor, and onboard new field employees on company procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors when applicable.
- Collaborate with office staff, project managers, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain company equipment and vehicles while identifying maintenance and repair needs.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5+ years of experience in landscape, construction, or field operations management.
- Proven experience leading crews and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of landscape construction, maintenance operations, irrigation systems, and equipment.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and basic software applications for reporting and communication.
- Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
