About the Role
We are hiring 3–5 Sales Representatives to support continued growth in the Cape Girardeau and Bootheel, Missouri area.
Our agency has experienced twelve consecutive years of growth, including record performance from 2020 through 2026, and we are expanding our team to support additional business demand.
In this role, you will meet with local business owners and decision-makers to discuss life and supplemental health benefit programs for their employees. This is a face-to-face, relationship-driven sales role focused on building long-term partnerships with businesses in the community.
No prior insurance experience is required. We provide structured training, mentorship, and ongoing development to help you learn the role and grow your career.
Candidates with an existing Life and Health insurance license may progress through onboarding more quickly, but licensing is not required before applying.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person outreach to local businesses to introduce employee benefit programs
- Meet with business owners and key decision-makers to discuss coverage options
- Build and maintain professional relationships with business clients
- Identify client needs and present appropriate life and supplemental health benefit solutions
- Maintain accurate records of meetings and client interactions using our internal system
- Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development
Compensation
First-year Sales Representatives typically earn around $45,000 annually, with the opportunity to increase earnings based on performance.
Leadership roles within the organization average $85,000+ annually.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to obtain a state Life and Health insurance license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable presenting information and answering questions from business clients
