- Training new hires, leading pre-shift huddles, and setting the tone
- Acting as the go-to person between front + back of house
- Helping leadership keep operations on point and guests coming back
Who You Are:
- A top-tier server with leadership instincts and a love for teamwork
- Calm under pressure (like, full section, full house calm)
- A motivator, a problem-solver, and a do-it-right-the-first-time kind of human
- Comfortable giving feedback, solving issues, and keeping morale high
- 2+ years in food service, with lead or key-holder experience
