St. Joseph Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for a full-time, RN LPN Nursing Evening Supervisor to join our team.
Some of the Job Responsibilities of the RN LPN Nursing Evening Supervisor
- Serves as a clinical leader for the 3 pm-11pm shift.
- Clinical resource who assists and coaches the staff using the nursing process.
- Helps guide the staff to make sound clinical decisions.
- Ensures the facilities policy, procedures and protocols are followed.
- Assists with the admission process.
- Helps staff respond timely in an emergency.
- Conducts rounds to ensure residents are receiving quality care.
- Communicates and assists families and visitors.
