Multifamily Communities | Hourly Pay + Commission
Are you a skilled painter who takes pride in clean finishes, efficient work, and making spaces look brand new? Want the opportunity to increase your earnings based on your productivity? We’re looking for a Painter to join our team and take ownership of unit turns and community-wide painting projects.

Complete make-ready unit painting (walls, trim, doors, touch-ups)

Perform drywall repairs, patching, sanding, and textured finishes

Handle interior and exterior painting projects, including common areas

Maintain curb appeal by painting curbs, fencing, signage, and other surfaces

Ensure all units and projects meet move-in ready standards

Assist with unit rehabs and light carpentry work as needed

Position Details

Multi-site position (travel required ~25–50%)

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For

2+ years of professional painting experience required
-
Multifamily/apartment experience strongly preferred
-
Strong drywall repair and finishing skills
-
Basic carpentry skills required (advanced skills a plus)

Ability to work independently and manage multiple units/deadlines

High attention to detail and pride in quality work

Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties
