Macro Technology Group is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer II to join our growing team.
This is a hands‑on role supporting diverse client environments, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while working directly with clients in a professional, trusted‑advisor capacity.
What you’ll do:
- Support client infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environments, and cloud platforms
- Monitor and support backup and recovery platforms
- Independently diagnose and resolve infrastructure, cloud, and security issues
- Maintain ownership of issues through resolution to ensure operational stability
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients throughout the support lifecycle
- Collaborate with a team of talented engineers to solve problems.
This full-time position is onsite at our Morganville, NJ office, with travel to client locations as needed.
We’re looking for someone with strong technical capability, sound judgment, and the ability to manage issues end‑to‑end in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience providing Tier 1 IT support in an MSP or comparable environment

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
