Are you someone who loves helping people, solving problems, and being there when others need support? As a Caregiver Supervisor, you’ll be the connection between our caregivers, clients, families, and office team. You’ll spend time in the field, build relationships, and make a real difference in the care we provide.

Visit clients in their homes and coordinate caregiver meet-and-greets

Build strong, supportive relationships with our caregivers

Be a go-to resource when caregivers have questions or concerns

Check in with clients and families to ensure they are happy with their services

Help solve problems and address concerns quickly and professionally

Support caregiver's ongoing success

Communicate with the office team and help keep services running smoothly

Previous experience in home care, caregiving, healthcare, or supervision is a plus

Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking initiative

Strong communication and people skills

Positive, professional, and compassionate attitude

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

$50,000–$55,000 Annual Salary
