Leasing Consultant

We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant who loves helping people find their next home. If you enjoy sales, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Greet, tour, and assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process
- Follow up with leads and maintain daily communication using lead management software
- Showcase apartment homes, amenities, and community features.
- Process applications, lease agreements, and move-in paperwork
- Assist with lease renewals and resident retention
- Maintain excellent curb appeal by ensuring the office, tour path, and model homes are show-ready. When necessary, spot clean to maintain the high standards of Keener
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure apartment readiness
- Respond professionally to resident questions and concerns
- Support community marketing efforts and outreach
- Perform general office and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of multifamily leasing experience
- Bilingual - English/Spanish
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work Saturday and a flexible schedule
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, property management software)
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and tour apartment homes
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Minimum of 40 hours per week. Must be available evenings, nights and weekends for staffing needs and emergencies

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
