Provide excellent customer service to the customers and clients of Camano Island Coffee Roasters and assist Camano Shipping.
Camano Shipping is a mailing center for Camano Island. We provide shipping, packaging, and private mailboxes to the local Camano Island community.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assists Camano Shipping customers by receiving, packaging, and shipping packages.
- Assists Camano Shipping customers in setting up private mailboxes
- Receives and sorts incoming mail.
- Attracts and assists potential and existing customers and clients by receiving all inbound calls.
- Attracts and assists potential and existing customers and clients by performing outbound calls.
- Answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Invoices and bills customer and client orders.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Punctuality is required.
- Assist in any projects pertaining to customer relations and management as determined appropriate by the General Manager
- Assist in any projects pertaining to marketing including, but not limited to, customer acquisition, customer relationship management, social media management and monitoring, promotions and events as determined appropriate by the General Manager.
- Following all other instructions and tasks deemed necessary and answering directly to the Customer Care Manager.
- Must be able to use web browsers.
- Must be able to use Windows operating systems
- Hours are typically 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday.
- Must be able to lift packages of 50lbs.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
