Job Summary:
Work as part of a team to review and monitor recordings of sales transactions for compliance. Support the Sales team by sending alerts and reminders to contact clients that have called or emailed. Review orders and approve transactions are ready for processing. Provide information to Media and Marketing team on customer feedback on inbound calls. This is an in-office position, work from home is not available at this time.
Responsibilities

Review recorded sales & verification calls to ensure compliance with company policies.

Review voicemail messages left for Sales and ensured follow-up

Verify orders when volume is high

Learn all processes within department

Review orders from start to finish to ensure accuracy

Process requests from Sales to update customer records

Back-up Receptionist position for breaks on occasion

Other duties & special projects as assigned
Education
-
College degree preferred but not required
-
High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
Experience:
Previous QA experience preferred; minimum 1 year customer service experience required.
