American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) position requiring a minimum of 2 years of CVOR experience with both scrub and circulate skills, and on-call availability.

Fast-paced hospital operating room environment specializing in cardiovascular surgery

10-hour day shifts with varied start times, 4 shifts per week

On-call is required for this position

EMR: Epic (experience preferred)

Floating to other sister campuses is required; travelers are first to float

Active FL or Compact RN license required; DL address must match the address on file with the Board of Nursing

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Minimum 2 years of CVOR RN experience required

Must have both scrub and circulate experience in a CVOR setting

Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred

Candidate must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Travelers are expected to function as core staff and integrate fully into the unit culture

Orientation begins on a Friday; nurses must be present at the facility in person for badge/ID processing

Block scheduling requests are not accepted

All RTO requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration and will not be approved after that point

A copy of your driver's license, certifications, and Nursys verification will be required for consideration

Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ACEN, CNEA, CCNE, or FL Dept of Health list) is required for RNs
