At Sango Family Dentistry, we believe great patient care starts with a great team. We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Dental Assistant who enjoys helping patients feel comfortable, working closely with their doctor, and being part of a positive, team-oriented practice.
Schedule & Compensation
- 4-day workweek
- Average 34–38 hours per week
- Hours: 7:20 AM – 5:30 PM
- Competitive compensation based on experience
- $1,000 sign-on bonus
What You’ll Do
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care
- Take digital X-rays while following all safety protocols
- Help patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit
- Educate patients on pre- and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental
- Sterilize instruments and maintain treatment rooms according to OSHA and CDC guidelines
- Follow proper infection control and aseptic techniques
- Work closely with the doctor and team to keep the clinical day running smoothly
- Help create a positive patient experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Active RDA License required
- X-Ray Certification required
- Nitrous Oxide Certification required
- Previous Dental Assistant experience preferred
- General dentistry experience is a plus
- Open Dental experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of care
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
