Lead the team during shifts and set the standard for energy and professionalism

Ensure every customer receives outstanding service

Serve gelato and create custom gelato roses with a spatula (full training provided)

Work quickly and efficiently during busy rushes while keeping the team organized

Support, motivate, and coach team members during service

Handle transactions accurately and oversee cash procedures

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace

Assist with opening and closing procedures
Our operating hours are 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM, with closing shifts ending around midnight.
