Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable person to help deliver Hot Tubs and work in our store. In this role, you will be responsible for the loading, delivery and installation, of hot tubs, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and be comfortable talking to customers while also working in a warehouse environment. This position requires physical stamina for heavy lifting and moving as well as people skills.
In addition to deliveries, there will be store hours involved that can include talking to customers on the phone, using a computer and logging information into our CRM. When the occasional walk in customer enters, you will greet them and help them accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and install hot tubs at customer locations, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to hot tub operation.
- Load and unload hot tubs and related equipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, installations, and service calls.
- Operate trucks or other vehicles safely while adhering to all traffic regulations during route driving.
- Assist in warehouse operations including inventory management and organization of equipment.
- Be able to effectively communicate with customers both in person and on the telephone.
Requirements
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as required for installation and maintenance activities.
- Familiarity with operating forklifts and pallet jacks is highly desirable but not a must.
