Schedule: 1st shift
Starting Rate: $24.00/Hr.

Coating/Surface Finishing Technician Job Duties:
- Apply coatings to aerospace metal blades
- Mix paints/coatings and prepare materials
- Load/unload ovens and curing equipment
- Grind, sand, and deburr precision parts
- Inspect parts to strict quality standards
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Complete basic production documentation
Coating/Surface Finishing Technician Required Skills:
- Manufacturing experience (3+ years preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints or technical instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Comfortable with hand tools and repetitive production work
