- Pay Rate: Starting at $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Driver Tracking: Monitor truck locations and status updates continuously throughout the shift.
- Dispatch Routing: Send precise pickup and drop-off coordinates directly to drivers.
- Freight Pricing: Calculate accurate haul rates based on travel distance.
- Weight Classification: Set pricing according to specific vehicle types and cargo weights.
- Bilingual Support: Communication fluently in English and Spanish with drivers and clients.
Qualifications
- Languages: Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Availability: Must be able to work 12-hour night shifts, 6 days a week.
- Math Skills: Ability to quickly calculate rates using mileage and weight classes.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using GPS tracking software and messaging platforms.
- Traits: Strong multitasking skills, clear communication, and high attention to detail.
