Faith Home Health & Hospice is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team serving the Topeka, KS metro area.
In this role, you will provide individualized skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. You’ll follow comprehensive care plans developed in collaboration with the Director of Nursing, using thorough assessments, nursing diagnoses, and preventative and rehabilitative interventions.
This position allows you to build stronger relationships with your patients while delivering high-quality care in a more personal and comfortable setting.

Current, active, and unencumbered RN license in Kansas

Minimum of 1 year of home health experience
