We are a hotel management office located in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle looking for a professional, dependable, trustworthy Payroll and HR Administrator to join our team. This person needs to be incredibly organized and a very independent and proactive problem solver.
About us! We assist hotel management staff with accounts payable, payroll, taxes and anything else we can. We currently work with 17 hotels in Western Washington, one in Chicagoland, one hotel in Hawaii and we're adding a hotel in Las Vegas this year! Duties:
-
Process payroll on a semi-weekly basis for hourly and salaried employees across multiple hotel properties

Review timesheets and payroll backup documentation for accuracy before each payroll run.

Identify, research and correct payroll errors, including adjustments for missed punches, retroactive pay and other corrections.

Input payroll related data into spreadsheets and accounting/payroll software.

Monitor employee benefit eligibility on a monthly basis and administer benefits enrollment, changes and terminations accordingly.

Serve as a point of contact for managers, owners, and employees regarding payroll, PTO, tax forms, benefits and other compensation-related questions.

Maintain accurate and organized payroll and benefits records in compliance with company policy and applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Assist with new hire payroll and benefits setup.

Assist with employee changes such as pay rate adjustments, position changes, and status changes.

Maintain confidentiality of all payroll, benefits and personal information.
Required Skills:

Must have at least one year of payroll processing or accounting experience.

Strong written and spoken communication skills
